Judith Lynne Scipio Mullins, 72, of Dunbar, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019.

She was born in Charleston to the late, Primo and Maxine Scipio.

She worked as transcriber for the West Virginia Department of Health legal department.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Mullins; son, David Hanifin Jr.; and sister, Helen Scipio.

Judith is survived by her son, Anthony Hanifin of Huntersville, NC; sister, Linda Scipio Martin of Charleston; other extended family; and many friends.

Her wish was to be cremated.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
