It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Judy Lee Tittle on February 24, 2025, at the age of 78.

Born on January 3, 1947, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Ruby and Mabel Elkins, Judy was a devoted homemaker and a loving soul who brought light to the lives of everyone around her.

Judy was a woman of strong faith with a deep devotion to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  Her faith guided her throughout her life and was a source of strength and comfort to her and those who were blessed to know her.

She is preceded in death by her beloved son, Douglas Shultz; and siblings, Kenneth Elkins, Jimmy Elkins, Billy Elkins, Ernie McKinney, and Pauline Emond.

Judy leaves behind a loving family, including sister, Elizabeth Irene Farley; son, Joseph Tittle (Sara); daughter, Kelly Wallot; and her cherished grandchildren, Amanda Collins, Charlene Westfall (Gene), Jennifer Shultz, Shane Tittle (Lisa), Harry Wallot, Destiny Wallot, Sarah Tittle, Joey Board, Brittany Owen (Alex, and Sondra Samples.  Judy was also blessed with 21 beautiful great-grandchildren along with a multitude of nieces and who were all the joy of her life.

Judy had a heart that was always open to others, and she found joy in helping those in need.  She was known for her caring nature, and her ability to love unconditionally.  She truly inspired those willing to listen.  Her nurturing spirit and kindness will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to Cindy Wiblin, Lisa Koch, and Tammy Patton who provide loving care and support to Judy of several years.  They are more like family than caregivers.  Their dedication and compassion were a true blessing to her and our family.
