Julia E. Hicks' Obituary
Julia E. Hicks, 69, of Charleston went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 16, 2007 at her home after a long illness.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Beulah Wilson.
Mrs. Hicks is survived by her husband of 51 years, Howard William Hicks; children, William Hicks, and wife, Carolyn, Richard Hicks, and wife, Connie, Fredrick Hicks, and wife, Carol, Michael Hicks, and wife, Debra, David Hicks all of Charleston, and Anna Allen, and husband, Mike, of Temple, GA; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Barbara Miller, Eva Mobley, Helen Reed, Richard Wilson, Claude Wilson, and Jerry Wilson.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 19, at Wilson Family Cemetery, Dunbar, with the Rev. Roy Moles officiating.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 18, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
