Julia Denise Frame Hughes, born on December 15, 1959, of Spring Hill Mountain passed away on Monday, October 15, 2012 doing what she loved most, being outdoors and camping.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert and Garnet Frame and Frank and Lyda Mae Marino.

Julia is survived by her father, Franklin W. Frame; mother, Mary Deanna Frame; brothers, Franklin "Woody" and Melissa Frame and Robert "Todd" and Mendi Frame; daughter, Amanda Lynn Hughes; sister, Rachael Frame; brother, Johnathan Frame; aunt, Patricia Lou Fogerty; uncle, Larry Fogarty; special caretakers and cousins, Sue and Kay Bays; and a host of other aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, October 18, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Benjamin W. Pauley officiating. Burial will follow in Cobb-Bailey Cemetery, Spring Hill Mountain.
