Obituary

Karalene Sue Kuhn Workman born June 3, 1968 has gone home on the wings of an Angel with a yellow rose in her hand to be with the Lord, her mother, her father and beloved family and friends "to the Upper Room" as she would say on March 20, 2016.

Kari was a waitress for most of her young life, but as her children grew she found that it was more important to be a parent first and a provider second. Kari has been a cheerleader coach and active in midget football in Dunbar for many years.

She leaves behind her husband, Rollin A. Workman, Sr. "Tony", her sons, Rollin A. Workman II "Anthony" of Dunbar, Joseph N. Workman "Joey" of Florida, daughters, Precious Onna Heston and husband, Chris, of Dunbar and Kara Dawn Workman of Charleston; sisters, Brenda Dowd and Tanya Kruzzet; brother, Michael Allen Kuhn; 12 grandchildren, Asia, Joseph " Jojo"; Lucas, Izaiah, Lilly, Illija, Karma, Jayden, Alaya, Joseph II, Kaylee and Kylee; and she also leaves behind a host of family and friends.

Special thanks to Dr. Eggleston and nurses Jason Wickline and Vanessa at Thomas ICU.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with the Rev. Dr. Michael Poke, Sr. officiating.

Family and friends may call two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
