Katherine "Kathy" Margaret Webb Means, beloved wife, daughter, mother, sister, and friend, of St. Albans, WV, passed away in Charleston, WV at CAMC Memorial on December 6, 2024, leaving a void her family cannot fill.
She was born in November of 1965 in Charleston, WV to parents, Dorothy Katherine Luoni Auld and Robert Allen Webb I.
Kathy touched every life with which she came into contact. She attended South Charleston High School before studying Nursing at the University of Charleston. Kathy used her degree going to work for Dr. Bassam Harrar. She had a true passion for making a difference in the life of everyone who was lucky enough to come into contact with her.
She was a devoted mother to her only child, Ashley Nicole Dillon, who was her pride and joy. Kathy had two beautiful grandchildren, 12 year old Jaxson Vaughn Dillon and her mini-me, 10 year old Lydia Katherine Renee Jordan. She was blessed enough to help raise these children filling her heart with joy. They will forever remember her in the most beautiful light.
Kathy held the lady friends she met at the Federal Prison Camp in Lexington, KY near and dear to heart. They helped mold another into well rounded and improved women who stood tall with dignity and pride. She truly transformed and rehabilitated her life for the better. Kathy said it forever changed her life.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert "Bobby" Allen Webb II; and her beloved husband, Dewayne Means.
Kathy is survived by her daughter, Ashley and her devoted soul mate, Robbie Jordan along with their beautiful children, Jaxson, Lydia, and Braylen who will never forget the love she brought into their lives.
A celebration of her beautiful life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, please, consider making a donation to help with the funeral bill or dropping off a covered dish to the family.
