Kathy Marie Abbott, 64 ,of Dunbar, passed away on Saturday February 12th 2022.

She was born on August 23 1957 in Charleston to the late Hughwatha Ray and Emma Mae Abbott.

We had a wonderful grandmother, mother and sister. One who never really grew old. Her smile was made of sunshine and her heart was solid gold. Her eyes were bright as shining stars and in her cheeks fair roses you see. She was a wonderful woman, and that is the way it will always be. But take heed, because she's still keeping an eye on all of us, So let us make sure she will like what she sees.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Harris; brothers, Ray Abbott, Larry Levdowskie; and sister, Barbara Ann.

Kathy is survived by her son, Donald Elkins (Cathy Johnson) ;sisters Bonnie Scott (Randy), Melinda Lynch (Wesley); her grandchildren, Destiny Elkins, Johnathan Harrison, Devon Elkins, Donevan Elkins, Lincoln Elkins; great grandchildren Nevaeh Farmer, Jackson Harrison, Colton Elkins; and many nieces and nephews.
