Kathy Yvonne Hodge, 71, of Dunbar, went home to be with the Lord on February 4, 2021.

She was born in Cabin Creek to the late, Charles and Lula Hodge.

Kathy loved spending time with her family. She had several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Kathy enjoyed family gatherings, activities with friends, church, and eating out. She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 10 of her siblings.

Kathy is survived by her baby sister and legal guardian, Rece Holstein of Dunbar; and brothers, Elvin Hodge of Charleston, and Jerry Hodge of Beaver.

The family would like to thank her closest nephew, Robbie Holstein of Charleston for always being there and helping with her care. Also, her great-niece and friend, Nevaeh, who was so sweet and kind to her and always there to cheer her up.

There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. on Monday, February 8, in Pineview Cemetery, Orgas, at the mausoleum chapel, with Pastor Dave Bailey and Pastor Ray Parsons officiating.

Friends and family may visit one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
