Larry David Canterbury, 66, of Charleston WV passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025.

He was born in Charleston WV, to the late Frank and Thelma Canterbury, the youngest of 11 children.

Larry was reunited in Heaven with his parents, as well as his grandchildren, Shyann and Isaac, as well as his siblings that have gone before him.  Oh, what a reunion that must have been!

His sister, Pat Landers, of St Albans, WV is the only surviving sibling.  He is also survived by sons, Travis (Amber), Johnny (Allison), and Larry (Jennifer). His grandchildren, Austin, Kiaira, Alexis, Andrew, Faith, Makayla, Colton, and Kinsley; his five great- grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews along with countless cousins and friends.

Being the joker that Larry was known to be, he wouldn't want you to be sad.  He would want you to have a laugh and to make someone else laugh along the way.

A graveside service will be held on at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Floral Hills Garden of Memories with Pastor Cliff Thaxton officiating.

Family will welcome visitors starting at 12:30 pm. at the cemetery.
