Leah C. Johnston's Obituary
Leah C. Johnston, of South Charleston and formerly of Florida, passed away on October 23, 2010 due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
She was born on April 22, 1966 in Huntington, WV.
Her greatest love was her two children. She loved animals, the beach and was a friend to many. She was also a talented artist.
Surviving are her son, Shane (Olivia) Gonzalez of South Charleston; her daughter, Danielle Johnston of Florida; mother, Linda Vaughn Johnston of South Carolina; father, A. W. "Bill" (Dena) Johnston of Dunbar; brother, Eric (Jeanette) Johnston of North Carolina; half-sister, Nikki Simmons of South Carolina; niece and nephew, Hannah and Garrett Johnston of North Carolina, nephew, Christian Simmons; niece, Carly Simmons of South Carolina; and many friends and extended family who are left to mourn her untimely passing.
A memorial service will be held at 6 P.M., Thursday, October 28, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Tom George officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
