Leva A. Walton, 85, of South Charleston, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2009, at her home.

She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of South Charleston.

Surviving are her daughters, Katheryn Atkinson and her husband, Jack and Eva Gibson and her husband, Jimmy of South Charleston, Dolly Landers and her husband, Donald of Sissonville;
sons, Ronald Walton and his wife, Brenda, David Walton and his wife, Penny, Ricky Walton and his wife, Judy and Luke Walton and his wife, Lynn, all of South Charleston. Mrs. Walton is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 5, at the Mountain Heights Church, with the Rev. Benjamin W. Pauley and the Rev. Chuck Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Fox Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, January 4, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
