Lillie Ann Truman, 80, of Sissonville, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston.
She was born December 29, 1935 in Sissonville, the daughter of the late Owen and Eula Young.
Lillie graduated from Sissonville High School. She worked at Acme Sales, Tag Galyean Chevrolet, Dept. of Natural Resources and retired from the Dept. of Forestry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, William Henderson Truman; son, Scott Henderson Truman; one brother; two sisters; and one half-brother.
Lillie is survived by her daughter, Joyce Ann Lanham and her husband, Robert F Lanham, Jr.; two half-brothers; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; her dog and loyal companion, Buddy.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Eddie Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Gardens of Memories, Sissonville.
A gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the services at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
