Linda O. Ballard, 73, of Charleston, WV, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 25, 2025.

She was born on October 28, 1952, in Charleston, where she spent her life surrounded by family, friends, and the things she loved most.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, David "Hank" and Edith Ballard; her sister, Glenna Mason; and her brother, David Michael Ballard.

Linda had a deep love for animals and over the years cared for many cherished "fur babies." She enjoyed country music, with John Denver being one of her favorites, and found great joy in the outdoors — especially fishing along the Greenbrier River in Greenbrier County.

A woman of faith, Linda was a  Christian.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Diane "Sue" Means, and her brother, Jimmy (Susie) Ballard, both of Charleston, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, all of whom she adored.

In keeping with Linda's wishes, a graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 30 at Graceland Memorial Park with Rev. Terry Layton officiating..
