Lisa Sue Allen, 54, of South Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 5, 2022.

She was born on January 25, 1968 in Charleston.

Lisa was a member of the South Charleston High School class of 1986, where she participated in the flag core. Her passion was caring for the elderly; she did it with all her heart and more.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Edgle and Laura Bush; paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Dorothy Hanson; and her father-in-law, Sidney Allen Jr..

Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Robbie Allen; son, Chad Allen and wife Brenna of Sumerco; daughter, Brittany Villeneuve and husband Jason of Stony Plain, Alberta Canada; granddaughter, Jordyn Villeneuve; mother, Linda Moore of South Charleston; father, David Hanson and wife Lula of Fort Smith, AR; brother, Phillip Hanson of Fort Smith, AR; sister, Rebecca Struble and husband Tony of Muldrow, OK; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Janet Hill of South Charleston; and her very special friend, Vicki Smith of St. Albans.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, June 10, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Aaron Graley officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
