Lisa Ann Fazio, 42, of Charleston passed from her earthly bonds on March 10, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Jane Fazio; brother, Frankie Fazio; and grandmother, Lena Fazio.

Beloved mother of her son, Daniel James; daughters, Amy Loudermilk and Rochelle "Shelly" Lane; Devoted grandmother of grandchildren, Aniyah James, Amari Smith, and Jazmarion Waldrop; Loving fiancé of Edison "Ed" Neal; grandfather, Frank Fazio; aunt and uncle, Rose and Mike Hendershot; sisters, April and Natalie Anderson; and a host of other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 19 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Rev. Dr. Okey Harless officiating.

Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
