Locy Frances Pierce's Obituary
Locy Frances Pierce, 87, of Hurricane, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at her home after a long illness.
She was born on December 5, 1919 in Richwood to the late Alderson and Grace Music. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Robert Dobson, Willard Dobson; brothers, Earl Music, Alex Music; sisters, Ida Guthrie, Lucy Barr, Dosie Nicholas.
Mrs. Pierce is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard Pierce; daughter, Helen Reid of Urbana, OH; brother, John Music of Urbana, OH; sister, Ocie Reisinger of Urbana, OH; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 special grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 10, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Jack Henry officiating. Entombment will follow in Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, October 9, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
