Lorene Marie Sampson's Obituary
Lorene Marie Sampson, 86, of Dunbar, passed away Friday, August 20, 2010, at Angel Avenue, Hurricane.
She was retired from Appalachian Power Company.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Grover Sampson, son, Curtis Sampson, sister, Opal Sampson and brothers, Warren and Stubby Casto.
Surviving are her son, Philip Sampson and his wife, Cheryl of Hurricane; half-sister, Ellen; grandchildren, Kristy Legg, Cread Sampson, Margie and Sherry and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, August 24, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Mark Jarrell officiating.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staffs of Angel Avenue and HospiceCare for their compassion during this time.
