Loretta Shivley Lamb, 84, of Charleston, found peace in the Lord on Wednesday, October 5, 2016.

She was born November 15, 1931 in Sissonville, to the late Andrew and Ocie Harper.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Tommy Lamb; and her son Ronnie Lynn Shivley.

Loretta is survived by her children, Carol S. Otey of Charleston, Garry Shivley (June) of Sissonville, Randy Shivley (Debbie) of Moyock, NC, Cynthia Nicholas of Charleston and Regina Wilson (David) of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren, Jennifer Quattlebaum (Scott) of Suffolk, VA, Eric Shivley (Amber) of Franklin, VA, Miranda Dunlap (Mark) of Sod, and Emily Shaffer (Matthew) of Liberty; six great-grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces, loving friends; and Coco.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 8, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with the Rev. Pete Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at the Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

The family would like to thank the staff of Dunbar Center for the love and care they gave mom during her long illness.
