Loretta Browning McClure passed away at the age of 71 on January 24, 2024 near her home in Daytona Beach, Florida.

She was a loyal wife of 47 years, a loving mother, supportive sister and thoughtful friend who will be missed beyond measure by her family, friends and co-workers.  Loretta was a dedicated public servant, working for the state of West Virginia for over 30 years.  Most notably, she enjoyed her time working as an administrative assistant to Justice Thomas E. McHugh during the years he served on the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. Loretta loved going to the beach, watching Notre Dame football, and sharing her favorite television shows with her family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Carl, James, Harold and Donald.

She is survived by her husband, Mike; her daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Kurt; her brothers, Roy and Hershell; and her sister Annabelle.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 5 at Keller Funeral Home in Dunbar, WV.

The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
