Lori Lynn Mullins Belote, 54, passed away on May 18, 2024 after a hard fought, long-term battle with cancer.

She was born in Charleston, SC to Stephen Lee Mullins and Donna Jean McCallister Mullins.

Lori lived most of her life in St. Albans, WV graduating from St. Albans High School in 1987.

She was preceded in death by her father, Stephen Mullins, and her two sons, Garrett and Cody Belote.

Lori is survived by her mother, Donna Mullins; brother, Mark Mullins; daughter, Cassidy; step-children, Sue, Chris, Chad, Amber, and Melissa; along with a host of loving family members and friends.

We are thankful for the love and support shown to Lori in the final chapter of her life.  So many loved ones who live close by came to visit Lori and show their love to both Lori and her family.  Friends and family that are located far and wide stayed in constant contact with offers of help, love, and support.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to Hubbard Hospice House West at the WVU Medicine/Thomas Memorial Hospital in South Charleston, WV.  All the personnel at Hubbard Hospice made every effort within their abilities to keep Lori comfortable and to provide a supportive and positive environment for our family, and her visitors. Enough cannot be said about the high level of professional care and personal compassion shown from everyone there.

No services are planned at this time.

A Celebration of Life for Lori will be held at a later date, and will be announced in advance.
