Mabel Sarver Lacy, 82, of Dunbar, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012, at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Dunbar First Baptist Church. Mabel was a master gardener and was an avid golfer. She also served as a Hospice volunteer. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lacy.
Surviving are her sons, James Lacy of Charleston, Ken Lacy and Vicki Smith of Man and Jeff Lacy and wife, Ann of Nicholasville, KY; daughter, Barbara Laughery and her husband, Phillip of St. Albans; sisters, Kathleen Freeman of Salem, VA and Kay Huff of Elliston, VA. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, September 25, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Mark Jarrell officiating. Burial will be at noon, Wednesday, September 26, at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton.
