Margie A. Casdorph, 84, of Greenville, Ohio, was born February 28, 1928, and departed this life on February 27, 2013, at her home in Greenville, Ohio.

She was a member of Faith Christian Church in Mason, Ohio. She was a devoted mother, wife, and grandmother.

She was a native of Charleston and moved to Hamilton, Ohio in 1972.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 66 years, Bobby; son, Don; grandson, Donnie Casdorph II; her parents, Abner & Vesta Mitchell; two sisters; and one brother.

Surviving are her son, Mike and his wife, Ritta, of Kenna; daughter, Linda Casdorph Shutts and her husband, John, of Greenville, Ohio; brother, Ray Mitchell of Charleston; grandchildren, Greg Casdorph and his wife Lisa, Julie Casdorph Miller and her husband, Dave, Craig Goins, Randy Goins and his wife, Nikki, Kim Ross and her husband Tim; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Margie was a mother to all who knew her, and a friend to everyone she came in contact with. She will be deeply missed by everyone that knew her.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 4th at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Dude Evans of Mason, Ohio, officiating. Entombment will be in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.

Friends may call at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, and one hour prior to the service on Monday.

There will be a memorial service at the Faith Christian Church of Mason, Ohio, at a later date.
The family would like to thank caregiver Debbie Barnhart for her excellent and compassionate care provided not only to Margie, but to all of the family. The family would also like to extend their thanks to State of the Heart Hospice in Greenville, Ohio for the compassion shown to the family and to Margie as she said goodbye to us.
