Marguerite Young's Obituary
Marguerite Casto Young, 94, of Dunbar, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Hubbard Hospice House West.
She was a former employee of Fletcher Enamel Co. and Casto Hardware. Marguerite was a long time member of the Dunbar United Methodist Church and of the United Methodist Women where she served as treasurer for many years. She was also a member of the Thomas Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Marguerite was preceded in death by her husband, Obie H. Young, Jr., brother, Oren Casto and by her parents, Londus O. and Hadie Brotherton Casto.
Surviving are her son, Michael E. Young of Dunbar and nieces, Theresa Collins of Columbus, Ohio and Elizabeth Casto of Clearwater Beach, Fla.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 4, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Dr. Okey Harless and Pastor John A. Mason officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Friends may call two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Dunbar United Methodist Women, 1401 Myers Avenue, Dunbar, WV 25064, to be used for their mission projects.
