Martha Jean (Mallett) Preston passed away April 11, 2018 in Thomas Hospital of a short illness.

She was born July 12, 1934 to Darrell and Hilda Darby of Fayetville. She worked for the Iron Workers and the State. She was a member of Maranatha Church. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her sons, Eddie Mallett and Paul Mallett; grandchildren, Brenda Herbert, Jennifer Sparks, Samantha Mallett, Jason Mallett, Brandon Mallett, Daniel Mallett, Anthony Mallett, Jackie Mallett, Paul Mallett, Jr., and Preston Mallett; and numerous great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 16 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.

Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar
