Mary Jane Lovejoy's Obituary
Mary Jane Lovejoy, 78, of Dunbar, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 8, 2008, at her home.
She grew up in Liberty and was a former employee of Dunbar Candy and Dr. Shumate and Dr. Slaughter. Mary was a loving and giving person to all.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Zanie Lovejoy and her father, Grandville Lovejoy, sisters, Bernice Casto and Dorothy Shiltz, brothers, Rockford Lovejoy, Ancel Lovejoy and Leonard Lovejoy.
She is survived by her sister, Mildred Fields of Dunbar and several nieces and nephews, including her niece and caretaker, Judy Waugh of Cross Lanes. Judy was raised by Mary and lived with her for twenty-five years.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 11, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.
Friends and family are welcome to attend. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
