Mary Frances Risk Totten, 74, of Charleston, passed away at home on Monday, October 9, 2017 after a short illness.
She was born on April 20, 1944 to the late Shipley and Wavie Risk.
Mary was the owner of Risk 35 th Street Farmers Market, Charleston. She was a member of Mountain Mission Church, Charleston.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, William Totten and daughter, Leigh Ann Bowlin.
She is survived by her daughter, Sheryl Tate (Jon); grandchildren, Jonathan and Adam Tate, CJ, Luke, Seth and Emma Bowlin; great-grandchildren, Bryce, Aian, and Airis Tate; great-great grandchild, Logan Bowlin; sisters, Minerva Richardson and Martha Ellis; and many other family and friends.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Steve Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hubbard Hospice House, 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W, Charleston, WV 25387-2536.
