Maxie Catherine Harper, 79, passed away on October 15, 2012 at her home, after a long illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert H. Harper; her parents, Hobart and Maggie Snyder; and her son, Edward Harper.

Maxie is survived by her sons, Rodger Harper, Gary Harper, Hubert Harper Jr., Thomas Harper, and Calvin Harper; daughters, Tina Baldwin, Theresa Fields, Margaret Cochran, Terry Smithie, Cathy Barnett, Janet Jenkins, and Linda Osman; and brother, Pete Snyder. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, October 19, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Pastor Fredrick Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
