Michael C. Farmer passed away on December 29, 2017 after a brief illness.

He was a devoted husband, father, step-father, grandfather, brother and friend.

Mike retired from the West Virginia Air Guard and participated in Desert Storm. While on active duty in the U.S. Air Force he served in the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; his sister, Jennifer McCulty and her husband, Jim; his three sons, Andy and wife Stacy, their children, Lexi, Carly and Halle; Guy and wife, Melissa, their children, Jack, Caroline, Maggie and Bryn; Justin and wife, Kate, their children, Chancellor and Matthew; stepsons, Kevin and wife, Kim Simmons, their children, Josh and Samantha; Richard and wife, Tina Simmons, their children, Colin and Emma; Eddie and wife, Randi Simmons, their children, Isaac and Cameron.

He adored his grandchildren and they, in turn, loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed by all.

Donations may be made in Mike's name to Hubbard Hospice House. Per Mike's wishes, there will be no service.
