Michael Ray Stout Sr., 79, of Saint Albans, went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2025 with his loved ones by his side.

Michael graduated Dunbar High School in 1966.  After he graduated high school, he went directly to the US Air Force to serve his country.  Michael enjoyed hunting fishing, and the outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dean Stout; mother, Kathleen Stout; wife, Kathie Stout; and nephew, Brian Stout.

Micheal is survived by children, Michele Crockett, Michael Stout Jr., Nicole Stout Sexton (Brian Sexton); brother, Wayne Stout (Yolanda); sister, Gail Fink (Frank); niece, Lisa Stout and her son, Tristen; nephew, David Cyphers; grandchildren, Justin Kyle, Danelle Loy, Maranda Talbert, Joshua Crockett, Ashley Kyle, Kaitlyn Martin, Bristol Adkins; great-grandchildren, Ayden, Waylon, Braydon, Zoey, Khloey, Aubrey, Autumn, Grayson, Lucas, Owen, Leo, and Oliver.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar.
