Millard was retired from Libby Owens Ford and was a member of the Davis Creek Church of the Nazarene. He was also a Korean War veteran, having served with the 35th Combat Infantry. He was a member of the Korean War Veterans, Mountaineer Chapter.

Millard was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Margaret Goff, his wife, Nayola Goff and by his brother, Gary Goff of Hurricane.

Millard is survived by his loving family, son, Greg Goff of Hurricane and step-children, Eddie Rhodes of Scott Depot and Patty Edwards of St. Albans; brother, Frank Goff of St. Albans, Dan Goff of Charleston, Bob Goff of Columbus, Ohio and sister, Phyllis Wolfe of Elkview; grandchildren, Terry Edwards, Andi Kemper, Sheila Moran, Christy Smith, Tonya Goff and Amanda Kemper. He was also a proud great grandfather of 10 great grandchildren. Also surviving is his loving friend, Linda Morris and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 13, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Harold Burton Hall and the Rev. Franklin W. Goff officiating. Burial will follow in Teays Valley Memorial Gardens with military rites.
