Minnie Myrtle Miles' Obituary
Minnie Myrtle Ashby Miles, 75, of South Charleston, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012, at her home.
Minnie was devoted to her family, and a very loving mother and grandmother. She was a graduate of Sissonville High School, and loved to play bingo.
Minnie was preceded in death by her parents Rachel and David Schafer.
Surviving are her, husband of 55 years, George Miles; daughter, Dianne Miles Atkisson; sons, Brian Miles, Bruce Miles, David Miles; brother, Jimmy Schafer; and sister, Janie Cook. She was also survived by eight
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2012 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Reverend Pete Thompson officiating. Entombment
will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 21, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Boulevard, W, Charleston, WV 25312-2536.
