Morris "Bob" Chase Greene, 63, of Charleston, West Virginia departed this life on February 21, 2023.
He was born September 5, 1959 in Portsmouth, OH to Teresa Johnson and the late John Greene.
Morris was a graduate of South Charleston High School and received various certifications in the environmental restoration field. He had many talents and worked for several companies, but found his calling in the Environmental Restoration field and was intrical in the cleanup at "911" in Washington, DC.
Morris was a man of faith, and truly loved and depended on God for his strength. He was a loving father, devoted grandfather, loving brother and friend to many. Morris enjoyed watching and attending high school sports as well as fishing with his brothers. Morris had the trip of his life while traveling to Memphis, TN to attend "NBA" games with his brothers.
Morris is survived by his loving mother, Teresa "Mom" Johnson of Charleston; and his brothers and sister, John (Maria) of San Diego, CA, Trienna Estes, Stacey (Cheryl), Richard (Carol) all of South Charleston, Mark (Peggy) of Cross Lanes, Cedric (Raquel) of Dunbar.
Morris leaves to cherish his memories and legacy of life to his daughters, Chetoya Simpson of Charleston, Teresa, Katrienna and Tiffany Christian of Charleston; six grandchildren; Brian Terry, Imoniee Garrett, Arihanna Christian, Dennis Davis, Jayceon Christian all of Charleston, WV and Kayla Garduno of California; two great-grandchildren; Jazmine & Kaliyah Garcia of California and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 25, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Carl "Bo" Terrell Sr. officiating.
Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
