Myrtle Lou Loudermilk, 87, of South Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Putnam County Rehabilitation Center.

She was born on March 14, 1936, in South Charleston, to the late Raymond and Essie Gillespie, the eldest of four siblings. She married Claude Loudermilk Sr., in 1954.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; and two siblings.

Myrtle is survived by her three sons, Claude "Butch" Loudermilk Jr., Tim Loudermilk, Rick Loudermilk; eight grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

She lived a beautiful life and was a dedicated LPN for many years of her life. She will be missed by many!

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 1, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Mark Hesson officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery, Hurricane.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
