Nancy Jane Deeds, 62, of Dunbar, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, in HospiceCare at CAMC in Charleston.

She was born in Washington, D.C. and lived in Wilmington, DE, for 40 years. She worked at Delaware Park for 23 years as a server. Nancy was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by any and all who were lucky enough to know her.

Nancy is preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Rich; brother, Lloyd Rich; aunt, Lottie Whittington; and uncle, Harry Whittington.

She is survived by her sister, Margaret Carney of Wilmington, DE; daughter, Angela Wilson of Dunbar; son, Jeffery Deeds and wife Amber Deeds of Dunbar; grandchildren, Nashawn Wilson of NC, Sincere Deeds of PA, Jordan McCallister of Charleston, Jayden McCallister of Charleston, Zyonah Perry of St. Albans, Dominic Young of Dunbar; and King Brooks of Dunbar.

There are no services scheduled at this time.
