Nancy Lou Miller, 65, of Charleston, passed away July 6, 2006, at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
She was born January 22, 1941 in Charleston and was a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School.
Nancy was a former employee of Travelers Insurance Co. and retired from Union Carbide/Dow Chemical Co. She was a member of Starcher Baptist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Claudestine M. Miller of Charleston; her brother, Jerry Miller and his wife, Margaret of Sissonville; nephew Patrick L. Miller and his wife, Veronica of Arlington, Va.; niece, Michelle L. Barbour and her husband, Michael of Ona,; great niece, Sydney Michelle Barbour of Ona; aunts and uncles, Louise Martin of Alhambra, Ca, Betty Harmon and her husband, Howard of St. Louis, Mo, Westine Smith and her husband, Brooks of Dunbar, Dorothy Dolin of Dunbar and Lillian P. Miller of Dunbar. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 9, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Doyle Smith and the Rev. Tom Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.
