Nancy Cox Mullins, 72, of Hurricane, ascended into heaven on July 19, 2018 with her loving husband and two sons by her side.

She was born December 29, 1945, to the late Roy R. Cox and Sylvia Cox of South Charleston.

She was a graduate of South Charleston High School and the University of Charleston as well as a member of Forrest Burdette Memorial United Methodist Church of Hurricane. She was an avid knitting enthusiast and a member of three knitting groups around the valley that supported various charitable organizations.

Nancy was devoted to her husband of 50 years, Edmond N. Mullins Sr., the love of her life. She was a loving mother of two sons, Edmond N. Mullins Jr., of Columbus, OH; and Paul W. Mullins (Imin Yeh) of Pittsburgh, PA.

She is also survived by her sister, Nova Childress (Bob) of Pocatalico; brother, Dr. Mark Cox (Heidi) of Huntington.

A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m., Tuesday, July 24, at Keller Funeral Home Dunbar. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
