Nancy Ann Afonso Perks, 82 of St. Albans, passed away from a short illness on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 surrounded by her beloved family.

Nancy's family invites you to celebrate her life on Saturday, May 14, at 1 p.m. at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

As per Nancy's wishes, this is a Celebration of Life - not a funeral. Please come prepared to share your stories and memories of Nancy with her friends and family. Dress is casual, and light refreshments, coffee, tea and water will be provided during the celebration.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Nancy's name to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association to sponsor pet adoptions. A donation box will also be present at the funeral home for your convenience.
