Nancy Yvonne White, 71, of Dunbar, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.

She was born on August 8, 1951, in Charleston, to the late, Bobbie and Louise McCormick.

Nancy was a generous person who would do anything for anybody and always kept her neighborhood well fed. Nancy was a 1969 graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Clarence White; and her sister, Judy Hanshaw.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Angel Grover and her husband Franklin of Charleston; son, Craig White of Charleston; grandchildren, Chloe Grover of Charleston, Brieann Anderson of Beckley, Aly Grover of Charleston, Casi Whittington of Charleston, Craig White Jr., of Charleston, Dallas White of Charleston and Cash White of Charleston; sister, Pam Armstead of Charleston; brother, Joey McCormick of Sissonville; and several nieces and nephews.

According to her wishes there will be no services.
