Obituary

Ned Shaver Crouch, Sr., 63, of Tornado, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2013 at the Le Conte Medical Center, Sevierville, TN.

He was a former employee of Heiner's Bakery and was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Ned was a Christian and a member of the Nitro Church of the Nazarene. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and he loved his family. There was nothing he wouldn't have done for them.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ottilene Crouch.

Surviving are his loving wife, Gloria B. Crouch; sons, Ned, Jr., (Renee) of Dunbar, Joe (Debbie) and Bryan (Tonya) of Nitro; daughters, Tina (Charlie) of Nitro and Curley Sue, at home; father, Rev. Ned J. Crouch of South Charleston; mother-in-law, Ivydale White of Scott Depot; sisters, Patricia G. Wilkerson (Mike) of Nashville, TN and Diana Priestley of Cross Lanes. Also surviving are grandchildren, Racheal, Little Gloria, Little Joe, Aida, Bryan, II, Brittany, Cassidy, Lilly, Meadow, Ivy, Natalie and Angel; six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11a.m., Thursday, July 25, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor David Clark officiating. Burial with military rites will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
