Nellie Gibson's Obituary
Nellie Nicdao Gibson, 81, of Charleston, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2007 in Hubbard Hospice House.
She was the daughter of Dr. Alfredo Tablante and Juanita Nicdao of San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe D. Gibson and son, Douglas Gibson.
She is survived by her brothers, Leonardo Nicdao, Juanito Nicdao, Nilo Nicdao, Orlando Nicdao, sister, Lilia Castaneda all of Manila, Philippines.
The family would like to express their special gratitude to the family of Dr. Hortencia N. Fernandez, Emmanuel and Andrea Fernandez, Faye Collins, Sandy King, Micha Scarberry, Debbie Nichols, Chung Spears for their unselfish care of Nellie for the last 11 years. Also our gratitude to Glenn and Antonia Cuyugan for their unselfish care of her for the first three years of her disability. Many thanks also to Tracy and Stewart of Napierville, IL, and Mrs. Cora Clark for their lifelong friendship with Nellie.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, July 16, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
