Noel Ennis Peters, 82, of St. Albans, passed away on August 18, 2018.

Noel was born on May 25, 1936. He was a Korean War Army veteran. He was a manager and district manager for Heck's for over 30 years and a manager for Magic Mart for nearly 10 years. Noel was a hardworking and generous man, loved by all of his employees, family, and so many others. He enjoyed watching football and spending all the time he could with his family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Pettry; brothers, Tommy Peters and J.D. Peters; brother-in-law, Frank Jarrell.

Noel is survived by his children, Erin Peters and fiancé Ryan MacDonald, Chris Peters and girlfriend Claire Meador, Pam Carson and husband Larry Carson, and Mark Peters and wife Paige Peters; grandchildren, Carson Hall, Seth Peters, Hope McCullough, Hannah Putynkowski, Brianna Clegg, Devyn Thompson, Brady Carson and Caitlin Carson; great grandchildren, Miles McCullough, Leah McCullough, Lorelai Putynkowski, Oliver Clegg and Claire Wendell; sister, Helena Jarrell; sister-in-law's, Alice Peters and Pat Peters; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Brian Dean officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
