Normadine was born November 23, 1940.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth James; daughter, Sarah Rivera .

Mrs. James is survived by her former husband, Paul James; son, Michael James; daughter, Lisa James; brothers, Charles Wiley, James Butler, Bill Wiley; sisters, Mary Stover, Margaret Mason, Yvonne Gunnoe; half sisters, Ruth Elouise Allen, Carol Kirk, Faye Whitman; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

As per Mrs. James' request, there will be no service or visitation. Her body will be cremated.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
