Obituary

Oleta C. Oyler, 83, of Dunbar entered Heaven March 7, 2018.

She was born in Centralia on October 27th, 1934.

Oleta was a devout Christian and attended Fairlawn Baptist Church in Dunbar for 50 years. She was the best wife, mother, and grandmother. Her grandkids were her life. She was very active with the seniors and loved taking trips with them. She touched so many lives and never knew a stranger.

She was a homemaker and previously worked at HP Stone and Wallace Corporation in Richwood, Montgomery Ward in Parkersburg, Johnson Rubber in Middlefield, Ohio, Kroger in Dunbar, and Charleston Bridal Shop.

Oleta loved to knit and crochet, making blankets for her loved ones and friends. She also loved making Easter eggs for church. She will be greatly missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jennis and Pauline Green; sisters, Virginia Smith, Dixie Meadows, Jeanette Hughart; and brother, Charles Green.

Oleta is survived by her husband, Henry Oyler; son, Samuel Oyler; daughter-in-law, Linda; grandchildren, Matthew and Emily Oyler, brothers; Jim Green, Robert Green, Billy Green, sisters; Shirley Bailey and Adonna Zupancic.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. , Tuesday, March 13 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Joe Ballard officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.

Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 12 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
