Olin E. "Sam" Riffle, 94, of St. Albans and South Charleston, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2010, at his home, after a long illness.

Sam retired from Union Carbide, and was a member of Buffalo Masonic Lodge.

Mr. Riffle is survived by his wife, Violet L. Riffle; stepdaughter, Cora Legg of Nitro; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Private services will be held at a later date
