Pamela Ann Arthur's Obituary
Pamela Ann Arthur, 66, of Dunbar passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2015.
She was a wonderful daughter, mother and grandmother. She was very kind and giving.
Pamela was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Keith Arthur; son, Christopher Lee Arthur; and father, Mayford Gene Starcher.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Lyn Henry of South Charleston; mother, Eletris Joy Starcher of Dunbar; grandchildren, Daniel Arthur, Layne Henry, Christopher Henry, and Logan Moats; brothers, Richard Starcher of South Charleston and David Allen Starcher of Lebannon, TN.
There will be a private family service held at a later date.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
