Pamela "Pam" Sue Davis

Pamela “Pam” Sue Davis, 77, of Charleston, West Virginia, passed away after a long battle with dementia on May 22, 2026.

Born on September 11, 1948, Pamela lived life filled with family, including her daughters who nicknamed her “daddy” and “payday” to her grandkids, and her friends.

For over two decades, Pamela served as the manager of the SC stamping plant, where her leadership and commitment left an enduring impact. Outside of her professional life, she was an avid fan of WVU football and a devoted supporter of the San Francisco 49ers. Pamela had a deep love for Elvis Presley’s music and memorabilia and enjoyed collecting Pepsi themed accessories. She also delighted in traveling alongside her beloved partner, Elizabeth “Libby” Finster.

She is predeceased by her father, Doyle Daniel Davis; mother, Nelle Kester Davis Shamblin; brother, Doyle Daniel Davis, II; stepfather, Gendin Shamblin; nephew, D. Daniel Davis; and grandson, Cody Finster.

Pamela is survived by her partner, Elizabeth Finster; her daughters, Diane McCallister (Mark), Lisa Skiles (Joey), and Amy Finster; sister-in-law, Lori Paletta-Davis; nieces, Jo Davis and Kimberly Haas (Buddy); nephews, John-Glen Davis (India) and Dale Davis (Julie); along with many grandchildren as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
