Pamela "Heather" Michelle Skeens, 31, or Charleston, passed away June 9, 2018 at her home from the continuing heroin epidemic that is taking our state and families by storm.

Before heroin took over her life, she attended church at Zion's Hill Church of God. She was hardworking, outgoing, funny and adventurous. She was a friend to everyone and was always bright and smiling. She loved life and enjoyed even its littlest things to the fullest.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Michael Hunt; mother, Justina Skeens; father, Loyd Skeens Jr.; grandmother, Carol McCallister; brothers, Lloyd "Donnie" Skeens III, Christopher McCallister and Kenneth Skeens; sister, Justina "Nicole" Wilkinson; 9 aunts and uncles and 15 nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 30, at Zion's Hill Church of God, 408 26 ^th Street, North Charleston with Reverend Gary Hale officiating.
