Pamela Whittinghill, 74, of Dunbar and St. Albans, passed away peacefully on the morning of Monday, November 23, 2020.

Pam was a witty, funny woman who loved books and cats above all, except for one very special dog. She was fond of quoting the philosopher Erasmus: "When I have a little money, I buy books; and if I have any left, I buy food and clothes."

She is preceded in death by her father, Wayland Alexander Whittinghill Jr.; mother, Lois Marie Whittinghill; and her beloved sister, Vicki Whittinghill Richardson.

Pam is survived by her brother, Wayland Alexander "Alex" Whittinghill III and wife Laura Moore Whittinghill; niece, Heidi Richardson Evans; nephews, Eric Richardson and Wayland Alexander "Alex" Whittinghill IV.

The family would also like to extend their love and gratitude to Pam's wonderful friends whom she cherished and most of all Jonna Wilson, her friend since childhood.
