Patricia Lillian Teasdale's Obituary
Patricia Lillian Teasdale, 72, of Cottageville, formerly of St Albans, passed away February 14, 2009 at CAMC – General Hospital.
Pat was the daughter of the late George E. Shingleton and Beulah A. Shingleton of Clarksburg, WV. She retired from CAMC and was a long time member of the Serenity Club of Dunbar and the Bo Mar Club of Ripley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Junior Teasdale, her parents and one sister, Shirley Brown.
Surviving are her son, William "Butch" Templeton and his wife, Marsha; daughters, Janice Hawkins and her husband, Jimmy, Brenda Webb and her husband, Greg and Dorcas Carmichael and her husband, Robert; one brother, Robert Shingleton and his wife, Bonnie; 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Paul H. Farley officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, February 17, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Bo Mar Club of Ripley, 306 N. Church Street, Ripley, WV 25271 or to a charity of your choice.
