Paul Melton Casto, 54, of Dunbar, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 21, 2010.

Paul was a member of the First Baptist Church, Dunbar and was previously employed by New River Trucking.

Everyone that knew Paul, knew his motto as "It is what it is" and "It's nothing but a thing."

Preceding Paul in death were his parents, V. R. Casto, Jr. and Lee Melton Casto and his grandparents.

Survivors include his children, Tiffany Nicole Casto and Jacob Dillion Casto and his wife, Mary and grandson, Jacob Dillion Casto, Jr., the sparkle in Paul's eye. He is also survived by his sister, Lousia Casto Burdette and her husband, Mark.

A celebration and remembrance of Paul's life will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, October 23, at the First Baptist Church, Dunbar, with the Rev. Thomas E. Stevens, Jr. officiating.

Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, October 23, at the church.

He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be missed by all that knew him.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Kennawa Drive, Charleston, WV 25311.
